Meet Your Coach
Hi there! I'm Megan, Certified Life Coach. I'm a wife and mom of three, and if there’s one thing that’s always been true about me, it’s this—I genuinely love people.
I’ve always been the one who could sit for hours talking about life, relationships, dreams, and everything in between. I love movies, music, and being surrounded by others, but what I love most are those real, honest conversations—the ones where walls come down and something meaningful happens.
Over the years, I started to notice something. Friends, family, even acquaintances would open up to me about what they were going through. And in those moments—just by listening, asking the right questions, and being present—I’d watch something shift. Clarity would come. A weight would lift. They’d start to see a way forward. Those moments stayed with me.
They showed me how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported, especially during times of change or uncertainty. And they’re what led me to pursue my Life Coaching Certification—so I could take something that came naturally to me and turn it into a way to support others more intentionally.
Now, I work with women who are navigating change—whether it’s pregnancy, becoming a new mom, a career transition, or simply a feeling that something in life is shifting. My goal is simple: to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel supported, and start to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Because sometimes, all it takes is the right conversation to change everything.
So... How does this work?
Our first session is all about you—your story, your goals, and what you’re hoping to gain from coaching. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand how I can best support you.
As your coach, I’m here to guide you, offer encouragement, keep you accountable, and help you move toward those meaningful “aha” moments.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes and designed to fit your comfort and lifestyle. We can meet over a video call, connect at a café over coffee, or even take a walk together if the weather is nice.
Is Coaching Right for You?
It’s important to understand not only what I offer, but also what I do not.
I am not a licensed therapist or psychologist. This means that my role is not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions or process deep trauma.
My work is best suited for individuals who have already done the necessary healing work and are ready to focus on growth, clarity, and forward momentum.
If at any point I feel that you would benefit from a higher level of clinical support, I will always encourage you to seek that care. Likewise, if you discover that deeper therapeutic work would be helpful, I fully support you in pursuing it.
